Todd Gorham joins Rose Legal Services as a Criminal Defense Attorney, bringing a combination of courtroom advocacy, investigative experience, and strategic legal analysis. He currently serves as an Assistant Public Defender, where he represents clients facing criminal charges and manages cases through every stage of the legal process from investigation and motion practice to negotiation and courtroom litigation.
Todd earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University – Newark and holds an MBA from Seton Hall University. He is also pursuing an LL.M. at the University of Missouri – Columbia, further strengthening his legal knowledge and analytical approach to complex issues.
In his role as a Public Defender, Todd conducts detailed case investigations, works closely with clients and witnesses, and develops defense strategies based on a thorough review of evidence and applicable law. He is known for maintaining clear communication with clients while preparing each case with care and precision.
Before returning to full-time criminal defense, Todd founded his own law practice, where he advised clients on business and legal matters, handled litigation, and managed complex negotiations. He also worked in a leadership role within a growing technology company, supporting legal operations, internal investigations, and high-level contract work.
That combination of legal and business experience gives Todd a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving. At Rose Legal Services, he applies that perspective to criminal defense focusing on preparation, strategy, and protecting his clients’ rights at every stage of the case.
