Phillip Brancato

Phillip Brancato is a criminal defense attorney with experience representing clients across multiple Missouri jurisdictions, including St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and surrounding areas. His practice focuses on misdemeanor and felony defense, ordinance violations, and expungement matters, with hands-on experience guiding cases from filing through resolution.

Phillip earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2023 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Lindenwood University. He began his legal career in public service, working as an Assistant County Counselor for St. Louis County, where he reviewed police reports for charging, negotiated pretrial resolutions, handled trials, and managed high-volume municipal and specialty dockets. His work included representing the County in expungement hearings and drafting legal opinions.

Before joining Rose Legal Services, Phillip also worked as a contracted criminal defense attorney, handling court appearances, client communications, and expungement petitions and hearings. His background gives him a strong understanding of Missouri criminal procedure and the practical realities clients face when navigating the justice system.
