Gio Mosesso is the responsible attorney for the firm’s cases in St. Louis County Circuit Court. He joined Rose Legal Services after serving with the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office.
Before moving to Missouri, Gio spent nearly a decade handling complex criminal cases and capital litigation in Arizona, gaining extensive courtroom experience in some of the toughest cases. That background shaped his sharp, methodical approach to defense work and his deep commitment to fairness and justice.
Gio is passionate about protecting clients’ rights and making sure every person gets a fair and vigorous defense, no matter their background or circumstances.

Gio is originally from Tucson, Arizona before relocating to the St. Louis area with his wife, Barbara. When he’s not in the courtroom, Gio stays active by playing in the St. Louis Men’s Baseball League and exploring the city’s food scene.
