4. Why did you choose to work in criminal defense?
I care. I care about people. I care about the communities, the future. . . the legal system we have here in the United States isn’t without its faults, but no one is [without faults]. I believe in second chances, third chances. . . well – chances. Most importantly, I believe in people. We are all human and sometimes, it just takes someone to listen and understand. A lot can be done by just listening and helping those communicate who are facing hurdles in doing so. I work in criminal defense because I believe in people – I believe in communities, and in the good in our world.

5. What type of lead/client experience are you trying to create? If a lead/client left a review about you, what would you want it to say?
Amanda listened to what I had to say and when I felt lost in the system, she made me realize that I matter. Amanda encouraged me to keep walking – she doesn’t judge.
